1.0.30

2 November 2026

Current version

Licence and sign-in

  • Sign in to use Fluah. Fluah opens on its sign-in screen until you sign in with an account whose licence includes Fluah. A PDF that started Fluah opens once you are signed in.
  • Checked every hour while online. A licence that ends locks Fluah within the hour. Offline, Fluah keeps working for up to 7 days after its last check.
  • Two PCs at once. Signing in on a third PC signs out the one used least recently.
  • File Explorer's preview pane. It shows PDFs while Fluah is licensed. Thumbnails, pictures and Markdown preview for everyone.
  • Everyone signs in once more. Sign-ins made before 2 November 2026 are asked again.

Drawing and undo

  • Ctrl+Z takes back the last point. While drawing a polyline, polygon, area, cut-out, cloud or arc, or measuring a perimeter, angle, radius or diameter. Backspace does the same.
  • An undo step for each text format. Bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, superscript and subscript come off one at a time.

Hyperlinks and tools

  • Show hyperlinks off hides every link. The PDF's own and the ones drawn in Fluah. Right-click any link for Edit hyperlink.
  • Tool dimensions edited where they stand. Click a placed tool's value and type over it. A tool's scale can be changed in its Properties.

Agreement

  • A redrafted agreement. Shown on every install and update, with terms for the EU, the UK, the US, New Zealand and Canada, and changes for Australian consumer law.

Security fixes

  • Collaborate. Shared pictures and snapshot drawings are checked against the names their sharer gave them, storage limits hold, and a signed request is carried out only once.
  • Markups and snapshots. A markup's colour or a snapshot's pictures can no longer make Fluah fetch an outside web address.
  • Attachments. Open works for PDFs, pictures, drawings and .txt, .csv, .docx, .xlsx and .pptx files. Any other attachment can still be saved.
  • Estimate. A takeoff CSV keeps text from running as a spreadsheet formula, and a job reads its files only from this PC, the computer the job came from and computers you have added files from.
  • Combine PDFs and Unblock. Files go only to a Fluah of your own Windows sign-in.

Fluah's own installer

  • A new installer, in Fluah's own window. It shows the agreement on every install and update, and a percentage while it works.
  • Updates keep your work. An update saves your open PDFs, installs, then opens Fluah again with your tabs back.

Collaborate

  • Sealed on your PC. Your project list, markups, unsent changes and shared pictures are stored encrypted, with a key only you get back by signing in.
  • The Collaborate icon in Edit layout. Move or hide it like any other button.

Security

  • Picture markups stay local. A picture markup no longer makes Fluah load an outside web address.
  • Signatures checked for their purpose. A signature whose certificate is not meant for signing documents no longer reads as Valid.

Collaborate

  • Signing out ends Collaborate at once. Your shared PDFs close, and the copies Fluah downloaded for you are deleted from this PC.
  • Nothing sent under another account. Changes not yet sent wait on this PC and go up as you the next time you sign in.

1 November 2026

Inviting someone to a Collaborate project in Fluah 1.0.26: the role menu offers Admin, Editor and View only.

Collaborate

  • A mode for working in the same PDF at once. Beside Markup, Compare and Estimate. It is off until you turn it on under Settings > Workspace > Modes.
  • Projects. A project holds PDFs and people, each an Admin, Editor or View only. Admins invite anyone; people in one company invite each other from a list.
  • Any PDF becomes a project. Make collaborate project saves your changes into the file, sends the PDF up sealed and leaves your file where it is.
  • Live in the PDF. Markups, pointers, selections and what is being drawn, an undo of your own, and edits made offline sent when you are back.
  • Storage. PDFs up to 100 MB a project and 2 GB a company.

Updates and opening

  • Updates go through while File Explorer shows a preview. Updating no longer stops on Fluah's preview files or skips them.
  • Sharp sooner. A 470-page standard is sharp 0.64 s after launch instead of 0.71 s, by an outside stopwatch.

Pictures in File Explorer

  • PNG, JPEG and HEIF in the preview pane. Fluah's previewer, which already shows PDFs and Markdown, shows pictures too, fitted to the pane, with zoom and pan.
  • Faster the first time on a heavy picture. A 24-megapixel HEIC shows in 81 to 143 ms, where Windows takes 425 to 569 ms.

Zooming and memory

  • No flashing on 4K screens. Menus, bars and panels stay drawn while you zoom in and out.
  • Compress memory. Drawn page tiles are kept packed while Fluah is idle: 170 MB instead of 882 MB on a set of zone plans, and a page you go back to comes back about 16 % faster. On by default, in Settings > Pages.

Updates

  • A new version is noticed within half an hour. Fluah asks for the newest release every 30 minutes while it is open.
  • Settings > Updates. The version running and Check now. Download and install checks the installer against the release before it runs it.

1.0.22

29 October 2026

Signing and snapshots

  • Large sets sign quickly. A signature is added to the end of the file and the document stays open: a 51 MB set of seven sheets signs in under a second.
  • Batch sign. Your signature on every page in the same place, on all pages, the current page or a range.
  • Snapshot lines are snap targets. Corners, crossings, line ends and curves of a pasted snapshot, wherever it is moved, scaled or turned.

1.0.21

28 October 2026

The Print dialog of Fluah 1.0.21: paper size, orientation, fit, actual size or zoom, position, margin, pages, copies, two-sided printing, markups and greyscale, with a preview of the A1 lighting layout on A4.

Printing

  • More print settings. Paper size, orientation, fit, actual size or zoom, offsets, margin, two-sided and collate, with a live preview. Settings are kept for each printer.

Stamps

  • Stamps panel. Every stamp you can place, drawn as it would be placed now, with your name and today's date.
  • Check boxes on a stamp. A box, its tick and its words, each with its own shape, size, line and colour.
  • Autofill name. A field that fills in the name of the person placing the stamp.

Stamps and tool chests from other PDF apps

  • Stamps. A stamp's prompts come across as fields and its drawing as it was laid out. Scripts in a stamp are read as text and never run.
  • Tool chests. Each tool becomes a saved tool, drawn at the scale of the page you place it on.

Snapshots and security

  • Edit a snapshot's lines. Pick lines by colour or on the sheet, then change their colour or width, hide them or delete them.
  • pdfium.dll from known folders only. Fluah never loads it from the folder a PDF was opened from.

1.0.20

27 October 2026

Fonts, forms and security

  • Fonts a PDF leaves out. Text in a font the PDF names but does not include is drawn with that font installed on your PC.
  • Certified forms. They can be filled in, and save with their certification intact.
  • Oversized pictures refused. A picture that asks for far more memory than any real picture needs is turned away first.
  • Files go only to your own Fluah. A PDF is handed to a running Fluah only when it belongs to the same Windows user.

1.0.19

27 October 2026

Forms

  • Form fields with every tool. A click with Select or Pan types into a field, ticks a check box or picks a choice.
  • Tab between fields. Tab moves in reading order, on to the next page after a page's last field.
  • Nothing typed is lost. Save includes a field you are still typing in.

Stamps and updates

  • Stamps in a tab of their own. The PDF you are working on is never changed while you make one.
  • Pieces line up. Guide lines show the other pieces' edges and centres as you move one.
  • New versions shown at start. A note at the bottom right says a newer version is out.

1.0.18

26 October 2026

Toolbar

  • New Area symbols. Area is an irregular plot with m² inside it, and Area and perimeter a box with m² inside it.
  • Thinner tool icons. Every tool's icon is drawn with a slightly thinner line.

Markups

  • Click inside a closed shape to select it. Rectangles, polygons, clouds, areas and closed polylines.
  • Area and perimeter on the toolbar. Key A draws the area as a box.
  • Match properties. Key B. Click a markup, then others, to give them its look.

Compare

  • Drop the older issue. Drop it onto the Previous card. One button swaps the two.
  • Ignore revision clouds. On by default: clouds drawn in the sheets are left out of both issues.

Account and window

  • Account tile. At the bottom right of the window, to sign in with your Thessova account.
  • Configurations. Keep your Fluah setup in your account in one of three slots, and bring it to any PC.
  • Symbol size. Each bar from 70 to 200 percent.
  • Settings search. One box finds rows in every Settings tab.
  • Links in the File Explorer preview. A click takes you to the linked page.
